General Provisions & Definitions

The meanings of some key terms used in this Agreement are provided below:

• "Platform" — The 33bwm website, mobile site, and all associated services.
• "Account" — A user's registered personal gaming profile.
• "Bet" — Money placed to participate in a game on the Platform.
• "Bonus" — Additional balance or benefits provided by the Platform, usable under specific conditions.
• "Real Money" — Deposited funds, separate from bonus balance.

All monetary amounts mentioned in this Agreement are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To create an account at 33bwm, users must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must register with completely truthful and accurate information.
• Only one account per person is allowed; multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• If any information provided during registration changes, you must notify the 33bwm support team immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification

33bwm reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other valid documents may be requested for verification. The Platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if verification is not completed in a timely manner.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds at 33bwm:

• The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
• All deposit transactions are secured via SSL encryption.
• Deposits made in a third party's name or from someone else's account are prohibited.
• Bank transfers can be made through major Bangladeshi banks (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank).

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account from which funds were deposited.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• In cases of unusual or suspicious activity, withdrawal requests may take longer to review.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

33bwm offers new users a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to bonuses: you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 Other Promotional Terms

• A bonus offer can be used only once per account.
• Bonuses are usable only in applicable game categories — see the specifics mentioned in the offer.
• 33bwm reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent use of bonuses, the account may be subject to investigation.

VIP Program & Rewards

33bwm has four VIP tiers for loyal players. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Tiers are determined based on play activity and engagement with the Platform. VIP cashback benefits are also subject to the relevant wagering requirements, similar to bonuses.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. If such activities are detected, the account may be immediately closed and the associated balance may be confiscated:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or fake information.
• Any form of fraud involving the bonus system or payment process.
• Attempting to hack or intrude into the Platform's software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to exploit any technical advantage against the Platform.

Fair Play & Security

33bwm may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Registration with false information.

• Indirect or incidental financial losses from gaming.

In cases where a technical error results in an unintended bonus or win amount being received by a user or the Platform, 33bwm reserves the right to make a correction.

Changes to the Terms
